Return & Warranty Policy

ALL ADULT PRODUCTS & TOYS

We offer a Standard 15 days Return Period to return any adult product or toy purchased on HappyE.in subject to the following terms & conditions of our RETURN POLICY.

Upon receipt of a product you ordered, if you wish to return an Adult Product or a Sex Toy and you don't like it/changed your mind/want to return/exchange for any reason - NO PROBLEM. Please see below the absolute conditions to qualify for a Return/Cancellation/Replacement

 

#1 PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT PACKAGE: Do not open the seal, and if possible do not open the box/envelope we shipped the order to you. If the product seal is opened, we are UNABLE TO ACCEPT the return. Unlike most FMCG products, adult products are a specialty commodity, and due to complications of import in Indian Subcontinent, and due to the fact that after the seal is opened, the hygiene value of the product is erased, we are UNABLE to accept any returns if the Product Packaging is opened.

There are NO exceptions offered to this CONDITION.

 

#2 SUBMIT: the return request immediately, max within 15 days* of the delivery. You will have a choice to either exchange it against another item/s of the same value or more OR get a refund in the form of a store credit, which never expires and you can use in the future on our site. Here is the RETURN PROCESS EXPLAINED.

 

#3 RESTOCKING FEES: Due to the specialized nature of the product, all acceptable Return+Cancel Requests made within 15 days* period & after order is delivered will attract 25% restocking fees + INR 999 2-way Shipping Costs and can ONLY be refunded back Store Credit / Gift Card. These fees cover the cost of the payment gateway that does not refund the fees that it charges us on the transaction, two way shipping costs and administration costs of reversing the logistics cycle to retrieve the order and processing the cancellation.  

 

 

POLICY NOTE:

*The 15 days period starts from the day the order was delivered, being day 1, and ends at 11:59PM on the 15th calendar day from the delivery date.

**In instance you opt for an exchange you will be responsible for the return & onward shipping costs (approximately INR 999). You will only be responsible for a price difference if the new product is higher in cost, and you will get a store credit if the new product is lesser in cost.

 

 

RETURN due to product not functioning as expected: 

If the product you received is unfortunately not working as expected, defective or dead on arrival, you have to notify us within 3 days of delivery. It is covered under our 15 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY which is explained in the next section. Save everything you got in the order, the box, the product packaging, any accessories as is. All these may be needed to review and file a claim with our vendors/manufacturers. Continue with the process of filling the Return Request as shown below. Any DOA (dead on arrival) claims not filed within 3 days are not covered by our 15 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY.

*** If you claim the product is faulty, and upon pickup and receipt at the warehouse, we found it to be working, we have to ship it back to you upon collecting re-shipping fees of INR 999 to cover for the return & onward shipping costs.

LUBES/GELS/CREAMS/SPRAYS/PILLS

We offer a Standard 15 days Return Period to return any on Lubes/Gels/Creams/Sprays/Pills purchased on happye.in subject to the following conditions of our RETURN POLICY.

 

If you wish to return a sexual wellness product like a Lube/Gels/Creams/Sprays/Pills or the likes, No Problem.

 

#1 PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT or ITS SEAL. In case you opened the product and if you have tried it or not tried it, in both circumstances, we are UNABLE to accept a return of an opened product. As long as the product is unopened and the seal intact, you can submit the return request to us. 

 

#2 If the dates have expired, product has leaked or packaging has been damaged in transit, just notify us ASAP and within 3 days of delivery. Continue with the process of filling the Return Request as shown below.

LINGERIE & APPARELS

We offer a Standard 15 days Return Period to return any Lingerie/Apparel purchased on IMBesharam.com subject to the following conditions of our RETURN POLICY.

 

#1 If you intended to keep the lingerie/apparel and opened the seal, but the size wasn't right - No Problem. DO NOT WEAR IT, just package it back as you got it and submit the return request immediately, more importantly within 3 days of receipt of the package. As long as it's unworn and unused, and the packaging is intact, and if an alternate size is available we will exchange it for you for another size. In this case, you may NOT have the option for return or refund in any form. 

Note: This RETURN Option is NOT available for lingerie/apparel that may have had contact with the private parts of the human body and this is checked by a UV lamp at our warehouse.

 

#2 In case the lingerie/apparel package is still sealed and the product is still unopened, SUBMIT the return request immediately, max within 15 days of the delivery* You will have a choice to either exchange it against another item/s of the same value or more OR get a refund in the form of a store credit, which never expires and you can use in the future on our site.
